Dalrymple Pipers River Pinot Noir

Moreish, expansive and supple, Dalrymple have yet again nailed it with a Pinot Noir that shows enormous appeal.

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. A perfumed bouquet of violets, dark cherries and ripe strawberries show excellent intensity out of the glass with trailing notes of subtle anise, forest floor, dried meats and spicy cedar. Moreish with an expansive power wave of ripe red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits flooding the mouth, complexing elements of forest floor, a subtle meatiness, spicy cedar and traces of fresh herb infusions flow on. A supple feel is counterpointed by an uplift of freshness on the finish. Velvety tannins with a long, delicious aftertaste.
